Paypal can be very crazy sometimes. I was selling iPods and iPhones for 7 months after business got very large they suspended me for life. When they start asking for your IDs and information to be uploaded, that’s the end of the line. You will not get your account back when they want photo ids and bank statements. I sent everything, very personal things, and then I was told, sorry we can no longer do business with you. I was a powerseller on eBay with 99.6% at 242 feedback in 7 months. I lost my eBay, lost my paypal and Now banned from them. I loved my business. I was making over $4000 a month when they shut me down and I was only getting bigger. I miss my account :(

One thing Paypal do not mention is that if say you use your laptop when your account was created on your PC downstairs OR change your computer (because your motherboard blows up), your account will be suspended! They did this to me and I spent hours trying to findout, with Paypal, why, until the fourth person on the phone twigged! Your advice is good.

Ha – could have used this article at about 10 this morning. Had my account frozen after a high four-figure transaction . . . arrgh!

If you say ‘Agent’ at the prompts, you will be able to talk to a REAL LIVE HUMAN!

That was a very useful article. Paypal is my preferred method receiving and sending payments online. Now I know how to protect my money.
