Yah, guys I switch my theme into UBT 3.x. I am planning to add drop down menu. but think i have to modify the theme to support drop down menu.

I think carl has to release a documentation of the theme.

Yup, the UBT is compatible with the latest version of WordPress (any version 2.7 or higher)
